Position Responsibilities Summary:Roll up your sleeves and come be a part of a winning team at an organization known as one of the best in the industry! This position is a newly created role that will support a strategic investment in growing the company-owned business line. It is a chance to get on board in the early stages of the growth cycle and leave your mark on how the finance support function will be built as the business line as it scales.Responsibilities:

  • Build and distribute new financial analysis of company-owned site operations, highlighting financial results and KPI reporting on an ad hoc and regular basis
  • Become a strategic advisor to company leadership and site operators by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, as well as making recommendations for improvement
  • Seek out, understand, and monitor operating drivers that impact P&L
  • Develop a hands-on understanding of our accounting and operational systems (GP, ABS, Data Warehouse) and other relevant systems
  • Monitor performance to ensure standard company policies and practices managed properly
  • Act as the liaison between finance/accounting and operations to ensure a timely and accurate monthly close and provide assistance with the annual audit as needed
  • Manage Annual Budget planning and 5-year forecast for the business line
  • Manage Cash Forecast
  • Manage deal ROI performance reporting
  • Participate in M&A process by contributing to deal due diligence
  • Own and drive Monthly and Weekly Business Review processes
  • Build and automate KPI and reporting suitesQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
    • 3-5 years of relevant accounting and/or finance experience
    • New Managers are encouraged to apply - prior leadership experience is not required
    • Proficient with the Microsoft Suite of Products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an effective balance of the detail and big picture
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and can express ideas effectively
    • Operates effectively in a team environment with remote workers
    • Customer Focus - dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the external and internal customers, acts with customer in mind
