Position Description:Restoration Builders Inc. is seeking someone with strong accounts payable experience in a high volume setting. Restoration Builders, Inc. is a nationwide family of companies offering a revolutionary opportunity for a career path within the restoration industry.Job Overview:As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Restoration Builders, Inc., you will be working directly with the Accounting Manager to ensure adequate and proper accounting. This includes, but is not limited to, entering invoices, credit card reports, set-to-pay, etc. Capable of providing quality communication to the Accounting Manager while maintaining accurate and consistent entries in the accounting software.Responsibilities:The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Keep track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.Reconcile processed workMaintaining filing systemVerify expense reports and prepare reimbursement checksPaying vendors Minimum Qualifications:High Proficiency in MS Office1 Year recent experience, preferably 3 yearsExpense report experienceAbility to manipulate large amounts of dataHigh attention to detail and accuracyConstruction company experience preferredCompensation: $45,000 - $50,000 per yearBenefits:Company Health Insurance Offered the first day of the month after 60 days80 hours of Vacation accrued during the first year40 hours of Sick time after 90 days10 paid HolidaysOpportunities for advancementRestoration Builders, Inc is committed to equality of opportunity in employment.
