Sociale:We are a female-owned cannabis company seeking to shape the future of the industry. We recently won a Social Equity license in the State of Illinois, and are working on launching our Dispensary, Socale, at 1036 W. Higgins, Park Ridge, IL 60068 in the summer of 2023Salary$15 - $17 USD per hourRequired Skills

• Extremely knowledgeable regarding the efficacy, and effects of all in store products
• Friendly, engaging, and compassionate while achieving sales objectives
• Provide unmatched customer service to every person who walks through our door
• Building meaningful and long lasting rapport with customers
• Professionally and kindly answering any questions our customers have
• Ask customers appropriate questions to understand their specific needs in order to help them select the best possible products for their unique needs
• Accurately process sales transactions
• Educate first-time cannabis consumers
• Helping maintain cleanliness of the store
• Following compliance guidelines and regulations
• Answering phone calls as needed and maintaining proper phone etiquette at all times
• Following all retail procedures including but not limited to, check in, check out, sales, and more
• Communicating clearly with the General Manager and Team Leads
• Arriving on time, in uniform, and meeting grooming standards every shift
• What We Are Looking For
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Available to work a varied schedule to observe employees and customers at different times of the day, week, and year (including Holidays)
• Demonstrate comfort and ease with using POS and Dispensary Hardware including scanners, computers, Tablets etc.
• Passion for cannabis
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
