We are seeking a Staff Accountant that is capable of independent work with some experience reviewing schedules, reconciling accounts and posting journal entries preferred.Compensation: $40,000.00 AnnuallyRESPONSIBILITIESWork cooperatively with the office team and sales personnelPost New and Used Car Deals in AccountingCalculate and Commission DealsPost Funding/EFTPost Internal Repair OrdersProcess and receipt money receivedReconcile Schedules on a Daily BasisCut Checks and Pay-Off VehiclesAll functions relating to automotive license and title processingResearch and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the auto titling processGreet customersAnswer dealership group phonesOther duties as assignedType memos, correspondence, reports, and other documentsFiling dealsScanning miscellaneous paperworkREQUIREMENTSAssociates Degree in Accounting or Dealership Office experience is necessaryExcellent communication skillsOutgoing and positive demeanorPunctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibilityA clean driving record & valid driver's licenseA professional appearanceWhat We Offer401K planHealth insuranceVision and dental plansVacation time
