If you enjoy following the changes in taxation and working with clients to help them understand how the changes impact their business or personal lives, you will succeed on our team.Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy of returns by preparing and reviewing federal, state, and local returns, as well as estimated payments and extensions for both businesses and individuals
• Collaborate on federal and state audits
• Utilize cutting-edge technology to complete your work
• Support Managers and Principals with economic responsibilities for billing, realization, and collections
• Provide tax research on a wide range of tax issues, draft IRS responses, and other taxing authority inquiries
• Work with leaders on special projectsRequired Skills:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and personal accountability
  • Successfully execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Extensive experience in accounting and tax preparation
  • Willingness to take initiative and find solutions
  • Ability to perform successfully both on a team, as well as independently
  • Produce high-quality work under deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft OfficeQualifications:
    • CPA preferred or in the process of taking the exam
