Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage period-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and
statutory audits
Monitor financial health of the portfolio and ensure positive cash
flow
Oversee accounting tasks, including tax compliance and internal
controls
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a
similar discipline
10+ years of experience in a similar role, including at least 5+
years in team management
Previous experience in a SaaS Software company or Private Equity
business with finance function P&L ownership
Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP (or similar) is highly
advantageous
Must be legally authorized to work in the US
