Location: Bloomington, IL, 61704 / Hybrid;
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

Responsible for analyzing and reconciling invoices from PO suppliers. Duties include activities such as ensuring timely & accurate verification of invoicing and payment, as well as participating in supplier rationalization efforts.



Responsibilities:

Utilize buying & invoicing software to identify invoice issues with POs/Contracts
Reconcile PO/Contract payments
Rationalize supplier spend with Return on Investment



Skills:

Strong communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Great customer service skills, including building interpersonal relationships
Good attention to detail, problem-solving and critical thinking
Knowledge of industry best practices
Basic math, bookkeeping and accounting skills
Organization, time management and prioritization abilities
Capability to be discreet and maintain the security of COUNTRY's information
Effective computer skills to address invoicing issues and analyze data in a timely and efficient manner
