Administration Manager – JLL What this job involves: The Lease
Administration Manager serves as a strategic partner within JLL's
Healthcare Team, providing comprehensive portfolio management and
data expertise that enables clients to make informed real estate
decisions supporting their core business objectives. This role is
responsible for managing complex lease portfolios across accounts
receivable, accounts payable, and intercompany relationships while
ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence. You will
collaborate with professionals across Property Management,
Transactions, Client Accounting, tenants, and clients, serving as a
trusted advisor who transforms lease data into actionable business
intelligence. This position offers the opportunity to work on
projects of varying complexity, both independently and as part of a
dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service in
the healthcare real estate sector. What your day-to-day will look
like: Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and
intercompany lease portfolios, overseeing all aspects of lease
administration and financial tracking. Abstract and interpret
complex commercial real estate leases, amendments, and subleases to
extract and validate critical business information. Track and
distribute monthly rent statements while managing the complete
account receivable process to ensure timely payment and accurate
reconciliation. Prepare comprehensive lease abstracts, edit them
for accuracy, and complete data entry into project management
databases and other required systems. Maintain full accountability
for lease record keeping by entering new agreements, updating
existing records, and creating client lease files with current and
accurate information. Research and gather lease data to assist in
resolving critical client issues, providing detailed lease analysis
and interpretation as requested by stakeholders. Prepare and
distribute periodic reports in a timely and accurate manner,
running standard reports for management review and strategic
decision-making. Maintain an ongoing scheduled reminder system for
tracking important dates, critical tasks, and deadlines across the
entire portfolio. Provide informal assistance, technical guidance,
and portfolio-specific training to coworkers, fostering team
development and knowledge sharing. Required Qualifications: Two to
three years of real estate industry experience with demonstrated
expertise in lease administration and portfolio management. Proven
ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional
attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong ability to
effectively plan and manage multiple competing priorities while
maintaining quality standards. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly,
directly, and concisely with diverse stakeholders. Strong
interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact professionally
with external clients, internal teams, tenants, and property
management professionals. Self-starter mentality who takes full
ownership of responsibilities and demonstrates proactive
problem-solving abilities. Ability to maintain strict
confidentiality while keeping appropriate parties informed of
relevant information and developments. Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in
Business, Real Estate, or related field. Experience working within
the healthcare real estate sector or with healthcare clients.
Demonstrated proactive focus on meeting client requirements in a
timely and efficient manner with a service-oriented mindset.
Experience working across multiple business units including
Property Management, Transactions, and Client Accounting. Desire to
work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional
environment that values teamwork and innovation. Proven ability to
work both as an effective team player and independently with
minimal supervision. Experience providing training and mentorship
to junior team members or colleagues. Location: Remote This

Estimated compensation for this position: 75,000.00 – 82,500.00 USD
per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may
differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various
considerations including but not limited to candidate
qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal
considerations. Location: Remote –Chicago, IL, Harrisburg, PA If
