This department is designed to make sure our retail divisions and executive leadership receive the support they need to run a successful operation. -In this role the Analyst I will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of reporting the crosses all aspects of the HR people data landscape. - This can entail everything from weekly, monthly, yearly reporting to assistance with in-depth analysis on internal and external trends.Position Type: Full-TimeWork Location: -Naperville, ILThis role is eligible to participate in ALDI's Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week -(i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week)Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. ---- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including ALDI's human resources information system, payroll system, applicant tracking system or several external sources such as exit interviews, government labor statistics, or competitor's benchmark data.--- Analyzes working procedures with the objective to identify best practices.--- Determines and develops the required project deliverables.--- Develops and executes plans for small-scale projects such as ad-hoc and scheduled reports.--- Performs research-based projects and small-scale feasibility studies.--- Assists leadership in implementation and rollouts of large-scale projects.--- Ensures all tasks within the area of responsibility are delivered on time and within scope agreed with internal service level agreements.--- Utilizes dashboards in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.--- Manages inbound tasks or requests in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on business customer interaction. --- Job responsibilities include possible access to HIPAA-protected health information; as such, employee must comply with HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements and policies.--- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.--- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.--- Other duties as assigned. -Job Qualifications: ALDI Acts Competencies:Perform within ALDI Acts competencies as outlined below. ---- Collaborates and Cooperates with Team: Commits to and supports a collaborative and high-performing working environment with peers and managers.--- Drives for Success: Seizes opportunities and proactively takes concrete actions to complete tasks.
