Summary of Responsibilities The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating beautiful, engaging content, updating and maintaining our website and social media accounts, and showcasing our high-quality craftmanship online. The Marketing Coordinator will be involved in company outreach and public relations, participate in community networking events, regularly interact with current and former clients, and build on our established brand identity in the digital space. Essential Functions Establish and execute a comprehensive marketing plan Create and oversee marketing drip campaigns for prospective, current, and past clients Create content using photography, videography, and graphic design Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms Manage company website and strategize SEO with website partner Write new blog posts and approve supplied blog posts Regularly post to social media accounts, create boosted posts, and grow Patrick A. Finn's online presence Monitor and report on marketing and sales metrics Visit job sites to capture photos and video of remodel and construction projects Regularly interact with homeowners and follow up with them after job completion Request Google reviews and Guild Quality surveys from clients Set up and attend open houses for client projects Participate in industry networking events and other public relations opportunities Keep up to date with marketing and industry trends Education, Experience, and Skills Required 3+ years of marketing and social media management experience Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field (preferred), or equivalent experience Experience with HubSpot software preferred Well-versed in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and Houzz Understanding of SEO, web analytics, and ad words Compensation $45,000-$55,000 (DOE) Health insurance PTO Sick pay 6 paid holidays Mileage reimbursement How to Apply Apply with your updated resume Provide a cover letter explaining why Patrick Finn would be a great fit for you Provide links to and/or examples of your social media and website contentWe have a formal recruiting process and have a relationship with Zephyr Connects LLC, whom we use for the screening and hiring process.
