Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Factory
Maintenance Technician - Electro-Mechanical Systems Overview: This
full-time, permanent 1st Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician
role is with a rapidly growing, stable manufacturing company that
values its employees. The company offers a supportive,

operations, and a steady workflow. The position requires hands-on
expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems, with a
strong emphasis on troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the sole Maintenance Technician for
all equipment and facilities, ensuring uninterrupted production.
Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance (filter changes,
lubrication, scheduled intervals via Outlook calendar) on
production machinery. Conduct maintenance and repairs on presses,
lasers, and other equipment , utilizing mechanical, electrical, and
plumbing skills. Handle general facility maintenance
(indoor/outdoor), including building upkeep and basic plumbing.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
, including welding as needed. Be available for overtime and
on-call duty , responding to off-hour calls/texts when necessary.
Requirements: Education: No specific degree required; experience is
prioritized. Experience: 5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance
experience (less considered for strong candidates). Expertise in
hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems for manufacturing
equipment. Strong electrical knowledge (building circuits, machine
controls). Proficiency in general plumbing . Welding ability
preferred. Other: Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder . No
relocation —must reside within 45 minutes of West Bend, WI . 100%
onsite —no remote work. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: Up to
$70,000/year (based on experience). Benefits: Full benefits package
included. Schedule: Full-time, permanent W-2 position. 1st shift
(overtime and on-call availability required). Work arrangement:
On-site.
