rough and finish carpentry, especially in kitchens, bathrooms, and

Responsibilities Perform skilled rough and finish carpentry on
residential remodels. Lead field work for kitchen, bathroom, and
rec room renovations. Accurately install and finish cabinetry,
trim, and built-ins. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and
specifications. Ensure work meets quality standards and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project
managers. Uphold company values of cleanliness, professionalism,
and customer service on all job sites. Mentor apprentices or junior
team members as needed. Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work
environment. Qualifications 7 years of carpentry experience in
residential remodeling. Mastery of both rough and finish carpentry,
including cabinet hanging and trim finishing. High school diploma
or GED preferred. Strong problem-solving and layout skills. Ability
to lead projects independently and collaborate with a team. Valid
driver’s license and reliable transportation. Excellent attention
to detail, time management, and communication skills. Benefits
