DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team
Member with Jesse Cervera - State Farm Agent, you will generate the

daily operations. Develop and implement customer service policies

Train and mentor customer service representatives. QUALIFICATIONS:
5 years of experience in customer service, with 2 years in a
managerial role. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
