You’ll help with check-ins, insurance verification, billing, and patient retention, contributing to the growth of long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Verify insurance and assist with billing. Greet and check-in patients, ensuring accurate data entry. Provide excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism. Multitask in a fast-paced environment. Use EMR systems (Practice Fusion, E-clinical Works). Requirements: Strong insurance verification and billing experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Experience with EMR systems is a plus.
