Overview As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations,
drive performance, coach team members, and ensure an outstanding
customer experience. You will be responsible for both operational
excellence and team leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role
ideal for someone who enjoys accountability, customer interaction,
and building a strong, high-performing team. Schedule Full-Time -
Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development - Recruit, train,
and coach store team members - Set performance expectations and
monitor results - Provide ongoing feedback and development - Foster
a positive, professional team culture Operations Management -
Oversee daily store operations - Ensure compliance with company
policies and procedures - Maintain accurate documentation and
reporting - Manage office organization and supplies Customer
Service Excellence - Serve as the primary point of contact for
customers - Handle escalated customer concerns professionally -
Review loan applications and vehicle evaluations - Ensure accurate
processing of payments and account updates Performance & Sales -
Drive store performance and meet company goals - Monitor metrics
and implement improvement strategies - Ensure strong follow-up and

and team-building skills - Excellent communication (verbal and
written) - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment - High level of integrity and accountability -
Detail-oriented and organized - Motivated, dependable, and
results-driven Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent
required - Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Customer service experience required - Basic computer proficiency
and data entry skills - Ability to work scheduled Saturdays
