Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A Behavioral Specialist with
BCBA certification is sought for contract work in a K-12 school
setting located in Chicago, IL. This role involves serving in
classrooms supported by a Special Education Co-Op and focuses on
delivering behavior analysis services throughout the current school
year. Key Responsibilities: Implement applied behavior analysis
(ABA) strategies to support students in A.E.R.O. based special
education classrooms Collaborate with educators and support staff
to develop individualized behavior intervention plans Monitor
student progress and adjust interventions based on data and
observations Provide guidance and training to school staff on
behavior management techniques Ensure compliance with special
education regulations and documentation standards Desired
Qualifications and Experience: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) credential required Experience working with children in K-12
special education settings Strong understanding of behavior
assessment and intervention strategies Effective communication
skills for collaboration with educators and families Ability to
maintain detailed documentation and progress reports Location:
Chicago, Illinois, with services supporting classrooms affiliated
with the Special Education Co-Op. Benefits: As this is a contract
role, services are typically compensated per agreed rates with
flexibility regarding scheduling throughout the school year. If you
hold the necessary certifications and are interested in providing

provided upon inquiry. Compensation for this position ranges from
$19.00 to $60.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare
