Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a school
setting located in the Midlothian, VA area. This contract role
begins as soon as possible and will extend through May 29, 2026,
serving students across various age groups with diverse caseloads.
Support from Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and
onsite facilitators will be provided to ensure effective service
delivery. Location: Midlothian, VA (Richmond Area) Key
Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language assessments, therapy,
and interventions to students with communication disorders
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to
develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
Supervise and work alongside SLPAs and facilitators as part of a
multidisciplinary team Adapt therapy methods to meet the individual
needs of students across varied age ranges Qualifications: Masters
degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Virginia SLP license Up
to 2 years of school-based experience preferred, with opportunities
for more experienced candidates as well Strong communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to manage diverse caseloads
