If you're enthusiastic about working in an environment with a people-first culture and an organization committed to good living, good food and good service, we'd love to talk to you!Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Process Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying process automation solutions to internal customers through the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), cloud flows, and custom code. This role will collaborate with teams to determine business problems, current data and processes used, and reimagine these workflows to become automated and simplified. As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values.Essential FunctionsDUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports projects and solutions that deliver quantifiable business value in working with customers and other process automation team members.Gathers and understands client needs, pain points, and opportunities through empathy, creativity, and listening.Collaborates with IT and other teams to determine business problems, understand how data and business processes work, and find solutions to automate, simplify, optimize, and reimagine processes.Presents solution options, challenges, timelines, and roadblocks to technical and non-technical audiences.Tests new approaches and delivers smaller size solutions of testable value in the form of working, automated business software.Stays knowledgeable and shares automation best practices, trends, and emerging tools.Creates meeting timelines to estimate project length including proactively surfacing issues and opportunities.Other duties and projects as assigned.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:Proficiency in communicating both verbally and written.Strong presentation skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and tools (Excel, Outlook, Exchange, Dataverse, Azure).Knowledge of AWS is a plus.Knowledge of working in a team that frequently releases working software with quick testing and iterates through options and solutions.Knowledge of architecture approaches and automation patterns.Proactive, self-motivated, and eager individual wanting to learn and ask questions in situations.Ability to multitask simultaneously between projects.Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, AptitudeEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.Minimum of 5+ years of experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and automation development using Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud Flows), APIs, Excel, database integrations, and custom code.Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in an Agile team.Experience developing and coding using the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, Virtual Agents), SharePoint, Excel, data integrations, databases, and APIs required.Experience with other automation tools (UIPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.Experience with Python, C#, JavaScript .Net, HTML is a plus.Experience with full life cycle design, development, and support experience required.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.Requisition ID2024-21953Equal Employer Opportunity StatementKeHE Distributors provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits all forms of discrimination and harassment on the basis of race, color, religion or faith, sex, gender, age, ancestry, national origin, mental or physical disability or medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected under federal, state, or local law.
