Job Description:
Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in enhancing key

cost-effectiveness. We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead
the charge in testing innovation and excellence. Essential Duties
and Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive testing
procedures for engines, focusing on performance, durability, and
functionality. Identify and implement process improvements,
contributing to the development of industry-leading testing
practices. Ensure the highest standards of equipment calibration
and maintenance, swiftly addressing any technical issues that
arise. Innovate and construct specialized engine testing equipment
to ensure the quality of remanufactured assemblies. Maintain
meticulous documentation of testing procedures, results, and any
modifications made during testing. Empower team members by
providing training on advanced testing methodologies and best
practices. Collaborate with on-site Environmental Health and Safety
(EHS) teams to guarantee compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
Utilize expertise with automotive engine testing equipment to drive
quality and efficiency. Leverage experience with National
Instruments LabVIEW to enhance testing capabilities. Apply
knowledge of hydraulic systems, electronics, and modern engine
