Sharon, Wisconsin Our customer in Sharon, Wisconsin, is seeking
motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting a
Skilled Maintenance Technician to work full-time on 1st shift. As a
Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for keeping
equipment running safely and efficiently through routine
maintenance, timely repairs, and technical support.
Responsibilities of the Skilled Maintenance Technician : Performing
routine and preventative maintenance on machinery Diagnosing and
repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Maintaining
accurate records of maintenance and repairs Ensuring equipment
operates efficiently and safely Assisting with equipment
installations and upgrades Following all safety procedures and
maintaining a clean work area Skilled Maintenance Technician
Requirements and Qualifications: Proven experience in maintenance
or a similar technical role Strong mechanical and electrical
troubleshooting skills Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and
technical manuals Familiarity with industrial tools and safety
protocols Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pay for Skilled
Maintenance Technician : Starting at $24-$32/hour, based on
experience. Skilled Maintenance Technician Benefits: Health
