are seeking a Controls Field Engineer to join our team in Mount
Pleasant, WI. In this role, you will configure and develop
application-specific control systems primarily at customer sites,
while supporting the design, analysis, and maintenance of control
systems for existing products. Key Responsibilities Configure
control systems across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic
applications. Assist in writing documentation including design
specifications and test plans. Evaluate hardware/software deviation
requests and recommend improvements. Draft product modifications
and write BOMs. Conduct root cause analysis and introduce new
technologies. Provide product support for Production and Product
Service. Test software/hardware and write associated reports.
Maintain professional development through training and
publications. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical, Software, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent with
10 years of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite. Basic experience with editors, compilers, revision control
software, and PLM/PDM systems. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Basic knowledge of embedded systems and
programming languages (C, VB.NET, C#). Understanding of mechanical
and hydraulic systems. Familiarity with data acquisition equipment
and CAN communications (SAE J1939). Valid passport required.
Preferred Skills Ability to coordinate cross-functional design and
development efforts. Skilled in troubleshooting across software and
hardware domains. Strong organizational and time management skills.
