is the opportunity? Reporting to the Supervisor, Production, the
Production Worker I will fabricate, build, assemble, and install
various types of metal structure, products, and equipment for
manufactured boiler products and pack according to specifications.

best-in-class energy solutions! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be
assigned. Follows work instructions, works under supervision,
trains on one machine, basic product knowledge. Uses hand tools and
measuring devices, reads tape measures, and screws metal together.
General plumbing knowledge, able to operate the hoist, plumb
fittings, and operate a torch under supervision. Drives/trained on
a forklift, sands, masks, and cuts wood with supervision. Cleans
with chemicals, pressure washes, and paints under supervision.
Basic knowledge of metal thickness, grinding, shearing, hole
punching, and minimal welding experience. Knows different sizes and
gauges of metal. Operates sheet metal bending, shearing, and
rolling machines to fabricate parts per drawings. May receive
training on basic Plasma machine operation. Train on overhead crane
Maintains clean and orderly workspace. Performs other related
duties as assigned. The above are considered essential duties and

essential functions. Education and Experience: High school diploma
or equivalent required. Successful completion of an apprenticeship
or in-company training program required. Certification preferred.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to complete projects with accuracy
and precision. Ability to work with hand tools and electrical
testing equipment safely. Ability to follow directions. Ability to
read blueprints and schematics to understand product assignments.
Utilize basic math skills in all units of measurement. Basic
ability in reading and writing. Ability to interpret instructions
furnished in written, oral, drawing, or schedule form. Incorporate
design changes into the project. Strong communication skills.
Detail-oriented and consistent. Works well as a productive member
of a team. Talking to others to convey information effectively.
Managing one's own time effectively. Regular attendance is critical
and required for this position. Physical Demands: Regularly
required to stand, walk, sit, reach, lift, stoop, kneel, crouch,
crawl, talk or hear, and be able to tolerate repetitive motion
during the full course of a scheduled shift. Must be able to lift
and/or move more than fifty (50) pounds. Able to physically
multitask. Work Environment: This position regularly works in a
typical warehouse environment, including being near moving
mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to fumes and/or airborne
particles. Most of their time, the Electrical Panel Builder will
spend time in the plant with low to moderate exposure to noise,
heat, and cold environment, other physical requirements include
walking, bending, hand dexterity, speaking, seeing, and
lifting/moving up to 50 pounds Steel toe shoes, earplugs, and
safety glasses are always required while on the production floor.
