At Constellation, an industry leader in innovative energy solutions, we are seeking a Principal Turbine Services Fleet Specialist to join our Engineering & Maintenance department. This role is pivotal in enhancing our fleet's performance and reliability to meet current and future energy demands. The successful candidate will focus on turbine technology across multiple platforms, ensuring operational excellence and environmental compliance. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive improvements in turbine functionality and oversee extensive preventive maintenance programs. Lead initiatives to optimize turbine efficiency and reliability across the fleet. Design and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies for gas, steam, and wind turbines. Advise on the integration of new technology and retrofitting strategies to enhance system operations. Collaborate with operational and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical turbine issues. Conduct detailed performance analytics to forecast and mitigate potential failures. Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal compliance regulations. Oversee and mentor junior engineers and maintenance teams. Expertise in turbine operation and maintenance methodologies. Strong analytical skills to perform data interpretation and risk assessment. Proficient with energy management systems and diagnostic tools. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and advisory skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Certification in Project Management (PMP) advantageous.
