Job Description:
Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance
services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join
their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential
part of the maintenance department supporting operational
excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong
problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive
approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician Location: Waukesha, WI Pay Range:
Salary Based on experience Shift: M-F 1st shift What's the Job?
Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical,
electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned
facilities. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair
work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas,
including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring
energy efficiency and safety standards are met. Utilize CMMS
systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work
order statuses in real time. What's Needed? Minimum of four (4)
years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus
on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of
employment). Valid state driver’s license required. Experience
troubleshooting commercial refrigeration systems preferred. Strong
technical knowledge of system design and applications in building
