a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.), Monday–Friday Compensation:
$28–$32/hour (select candidates considered up to $35/hour) Type:
Contract-to-Hire (6 months), potential for permanent placement

manufacturing organization is seeking a maintenance technician to
join its team. This role was described by leadership as a very

stability and work/life balance: - Consistent first shift schedule
- Minimal overtime, typically 40–45 hours per week - Very
occasional Saturdays - Equipment is ground-level, no climbing or
confined work under large machinery - Less physically demanding

hands-on, collaborative culture Ideal for a technician who wants

overtime demands. Position Overview The Maintenance Technician will
support all installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
activities within the manufacturing facility. This is a multicraft
role, approximately 70% mechanical and 30% electrical work.
Responsibilities include maintaining equipment uptime, performing
preventative maintenance, and documenting maintenance activities
using basic computer systems. Key Responsibilities - Troubleshoot
and repair mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics,
conveyors, pumps, and motors - Perform electrical troubleshooting
up to 480V - Assist with basic PLC troubleshooting - Execute
preventative maintenance tasks and support PM scheduling - Diagnose
and repair production equipment including cutting equipment,
welders, robots, coating/painting machinery, and packaging
machinery - Document maintenance activities and completed work
orders - Support production uptime and continuous improvement
initiatives Qualifications Required: - 3–5 years of industrial
maintenance experience (less may be considered) - Strong mechanical
troubleshooting experience - Electrical troubleshooting experience
up to 480V - Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge - Experience
working in a manufacturing or industrial environment Nice to Have:
- Experience in coating or paint environments - Preventative
maintenance program experience - Experience with robotics, cutting
equipment, welders, coating systems, or packaging equipment What
