Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Acts as the lead administrator and organizational point-of-contact for the Learning Management System (LMS).--
Performs day-to-day administrative tasks in the system, including (but not limited to): course assignments and registrations, system configuration updates, end-user assistance and escalation management.--
Aligns daily decision-making with team strategic goals and maintains system integrity and consistency through execution of governance guidelines and criteria.--
Conducts functional testing of system features and content.--
Tracks new features and supports implementation of system upgrades.--
Proactively identifies system or process improvements to enhance end-user experience or administrative efficiency.--
Assists in developing and maintaining procedural documentation and user guides related to system administration and usage.--
Uses LMS reporting functionality to communicate key metrics; assists in analysis and communication of data to help drive business decisions.--
Maintains access and governance of all administrator permissions throughout the organization.--
Collaborates with and delegates tasks to other system administrators as needed.--
Works collaboratively with the HR Business Solutions team (National IT) on technical configurations with impact to other HR systems/infrastructure.--
Consults with and provides guidance to instructional designers and business partners on best practices related to content delivery, management, and maintenance.--
Understands ALDI competency models, and amends current programs and materials to reflect these models as needed.
Understands the overarching company and team strategy and communicates and models the core values of the organization.
Understands developing trends in the training and development industry, specifically as it relates to learning technology, and shares with the team, leaders and others in HR.--
Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.----
Experience with learning management system administration; additional learning technology experience a plus.-- ----

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field required.
A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Training & Development, with experience in LMS administration; experience with a full LMS implementation a plus.
Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
Physical Requirements:
Work is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties.
Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
