We are looking for a Financial Professional to oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the company's financial strategy and planning. -The Finance Director will provide strategic business planning and supervise/conduct all financial operations. -In this role you will be responsible for general business management duties associated with a medium sized business including management of certain administrative personnel and HR. The position is for an individual with broad knowledge in all accounting, financial and business principles. -Sound is looking for a polished professional with an excellent reputation and a demonstrated high level of honesty and integrity that is a strategic thinker and effective leader.

Responsibilities
Will include, but not limited to the following:

Ensure financial integrity and accountability and maintain internal controls
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
Manage banking transactions and company cash flow
Responsible for annual financial statement review by outside accountants
Fiduciary responsibility for company 401K and insurance benefit plans
Hire and oversee your department, including training new employees as necessary
Oversee and review accounting tasks, including payroll, taxes and compliance
Monitor the day-to-day financial/admin operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, AP/AR, HR, etc.)
Manage various types of agreements (personnel, supplier, clients)
Commitment to budget transparency and experience in implementing new technology
Collaborate with other company Directors to effectively contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing financial tasks, embracing new ideas, and implementing effective workflows.
Report directly to the CEO and communicate effectively

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting and finance roles related to the construction, technology or electrical system integration industry
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field
In-depth knowledge of accounting software, corporate principals, and financial analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding leadership, business judgment, analytical and decision-making skills
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office
