Job Description We are looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our amazing team. We are a multi-office dental group with a strong culture and support system. Responsibilities include: Overseeing operations are carried out in an appropriate and effective way Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee efficiency Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability Manage budgets and forecasts Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs Oversee insurance and billing and make sure A/R is minimized Recruit, train and oversee staff members Present financial treatment plans to patients Monitor the patient scheduling Find ways to increase the quality of customer service Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, materials, equipment, etc.) Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness Skills Proven work experience as a dental office manager Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management Experience budgeting and forecasting Familiarity with business and financial principles Excellent communication skills Leadership ability Outstanding organizational skills Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Company Description Valley View Dental recently celebrated its 22 year anniversary of providing quality care in a welcoming, comfortable environment with state of the art technology.
