As a manager or director for our organization, this role primarily manages a team and/or departmental function, including recruiting, training, and developing the team. Managers or directors plan, direct, and/or coordinate one or more departmental functions and ensure goals and projects are met.
Successful managers or directors possess the following attributes:

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with ability to train others.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Multi-Site Management Experience
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
