Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to lead
study operational strategy and planning for clinical studies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee execution of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with
quality standards, timelines, and budgets
Lead the development of operational strategies in collaboration
with Strategic Partners and/or CROs
Manage study budgets and ensure proper oversight of third-party
vendors and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
BS/BA required, preferably in a health-related or life science
area
5 or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or
clinical research, with significant study management experience
Knowledge of global regulatory and compliance requirements for
clinical research
Demonstrated experience in project/program management and matrix
leadership
Advanced degrees and relevant training may supplement experience
requirements
