A company is looking for a Director, Front Line Controls Officer
in the Commercial Bank sector.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and maintain an effective internal control framework across
Commercial Banking
Lead documentation of RCSA processes to ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements
Prepare reports for senior management and engage with stakeholders
on risk management practices
Required Qualifications
Advanced degrees preferred; High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management or internal
audit within banking
Strong understanding of governance, banking regulations, and risk
management frameworks
Knowledge of operational risk management techniques and control
assessment methodologies
Ability to design and assess internal controls effectively
