Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Planning to
lead the enterprise's annual planning cycle and long-term strategic
plan.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual planning cycle and integrate planning across
strategic portfolios and divisional work
Develop a 5-year enterprise strategic plan in coordination with
finance and divisional leaders
Partner with various leaders to support delivery prioritization and
governance programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in strategic planning,
or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree
Five years of experience leading teams or managing staff in dynamic
settings (preferred)
Experience in running multi-month planning cycles and collaborating
with executive counterparts
Demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility throughout
career
