JOB SUMMARY: - This position is responsible for developing and
distributing operational and client-facing reports, predictive
analytics, prospective modeling, and/or other data analyses.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
May develop internal operational volume and performance reporting
on the business.
May develop and distribute client-facing operational volume and
performance reporting.
Utilizing your intellectual curiosity, partner with stakeholders
throughout the organization to leverage company data and drive
business solutions.
Analyze client and prospect claim files, with development of value
based savings models.
Analyze internal operational processes and create incremental
revenue opportunity stories based on process improvements.
Create, optimize and maintain complex T-SQL as part of stored
procedures, views, functions, and queries that efficiently analyze
health care claims data based on requirements.
Perform complex ad hoc queries against data tables to support
analytical work
Focus on creation and implementation of process improvement
opportunities for Healthcare Economics
Serve as a mentor to less experienced and /or newer Healthcare
Economics colleagues.
Commit to client service excellence.
Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and
departments.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE:
The incumbent works under general supervision and with some
discretion to complete the job responsibilities. The incumbent
relies on varied knowledge gained through previous experience with
non-standard issues to review, analyze, and draw conclusions. - In
addition, one has authority to act on resolutions of extraordinary
issues and provides input to how information is presented to the
client.
Job Requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training) :
Minimum Bachelor's degree in statistics, accounting, finance,
economics or related field; or HS Diploma and 4 years of related
experience
Minimum 3 years experience in reporting, analytics, or a similar
field, preferably within a healthcare environment
Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board
certifications as applicable
Knowledge of managed care concepts and principles
Problem solving, critical thinking, analytical, organization,
creativity, and communication (written, verbal and listening)
skills
Possess a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data
sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes
Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job
responsibilities, including MS Office, as well as PLSQL and/or
Oracle
Must be a self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to
new technologies and evolving customer requirements
T-SQL programming and the ability to design, write and optimize
complex well-performing SQL stored procedures
Ability to work independently on multiple concurrent projects
Ability to perform varied and complex aspects of statistical
analysis at an intermediate level

**Pursuant to Colorado's "Equal Pay for Equal Work Act", the
following salary range is provided solely for applicants living in
Colorado. - $70,000-$90,000. - If an applicant does not live in
Colorado, this salary range may not apply. - Specific offers take
into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as
well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. - This
position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus
opportunity.
