Job Description:
RN Resident-Linden OaksThis position works under the direct
supervision of a nurse preceptor, renders nursing care for assigned
patients in accordance with professional nursing practice and
physician and/or APC treatment plans in order to provide quality
patient care. Required Education, Skills and/or Experience:
Baccalaureate Degree or higher in Nursing On occasions an internal
or external candidate with an Associate#s Degree in Nursing may be
considered. The RN is expected to enroll in a nursing program to
obtain a Baccalaureate Degree or higher in Nursing within two
years; obtaining their degree within five years. Only candidates
with strong recommendations and references that have been evaluated
as a top performer will be considered for this position. The
Director of Clinical Excellence or the Chief Nursing Office must
approve these candidates.## # Required Certification and/or
License: Documented proof of passing the NCLEX and Illinois RN
license application upon position start date.# State of Illinois RN
license must be obtained within 90 days of position start date.
##If the State of Illinois RN license is not obtained within 90
days of position start date, employee will be subject to
disciplinary action up to and including termination. Current CPR
issued by the American Heart Association CPI (Crisis Prevention
Intervention) certification within 90 days of hire # #Preferred
