RN Resident-Linden OaksThis position works under the direct supervision of a nurse preceptor, renders nursing care for assigned patients in accordance with professional nursing practice and physician and/or APC treatment plans in order to provide quality patient care. Required Education, Skills and/or Experience: Baccalaureate Degree or higher in Nursing On occasions an internal or external candidate with an Associate#s Degree in Nursing may be considered. The RN is expected to enroll in a nursing program to obtain a Baccalaureate Degree or higher in Nursing within two years; obtaining their degree within five years. Only candidates with strong recommendations and references that have been evaluated as a top performer will be considered for this position. The Director of Clinical Excellence or the Chief Nursing Office must approve these candidates.## # Required Certification and/or License: Documented proof of passing the NCLEX and Illinois RN license application upon position start date.# State of Illinois RN license must be obtained within 90 days of position start date. ##If the State of Illinois RN license is not obtained within 90 days of position start date, employee will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
