Radiation TherapistGENERAL SUMMARY: Simulates treatment set-ups, performs dosimetric calculation, and accurately delivers ionizing radiation as prescribed by the radiation oncologist while working under general supervision of the System Manager, Radiation Oncology. #Assists in patient care and management.# Adheres to clinical, technical and operational policies and procedures. Edward Cancer Center Hours: Full Time 7:30am-4:00pm### No weekends/holiday Locations: 120 Spalding Drive Naperville, IL.# Naperville, IL.# Benefits: Yes KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Education, Experience and/or Skills Required: Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program # Education, Experience and/or Skills Preferred: Previous experience with Varian equipment Previous experience with ARIA EMR # License/Certification Required: #At a minimum, must be a candidate for ARRT (R) (American Registry of Radiological Technology) (Radiology Therapy) certification.# Must successfully complete certification exam and be registered within one yearof start date into position. Current CPR Certification issued by the American Heart Association IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency) licensure
