* Partnership with Duly Health and Care physicians from a wide variety of specialties. This means no marketing or scheduling pressures, due to an in-house network of referrals. It also means a diverse caseload, so you can treat a variety of patients and injuries.
* Collaborates with the licensed physical therapist to assess and reassess patients plan of care, treatment goals and interventions.
* Documents patient progress in daily notes and weekly notes (as applicable), as well as contributes recommendations to patients discharge note from physical therapy.

Position Details

* Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
* Monday- Friday - flexible schedule
