Med Rec Pharmacy TechGeneral Summary: Assists all healthcare professionals and patients, under the supervision of a pharmacist in the process of medication reconciliation during the admission process, discharge process and as required/requested, when there is a change in the patient#s level of care.# Works only under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. Location: Naperville campus Hours: Full time, evenings. Weekend rotation.# Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent Current License as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Illinois, AND Current Pharmacy Technician Certification or must obtain within 90 days of hire, OR Successfully passed the PTCB or the ExCPT examination pending certification, OR Current Pharmacy Technician license with #Student# designation issued by the State of Illinois Preferred: Minimum one year of pharmacy experience as a pharmacy technician

Required:

* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Current License as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Illinois, AND
* Current Pharmacy Technician Certification or must obtain within 90 days of hire, OR
* Successfully passed the PTCB or the ExCPT examination pending certification, OR
* Current Pharmacy Technician license with "Student" designation issued by the State of Illinois

Preferred:

* Minimum one year of pharmacy experience as a pharmacy technician
