  Every 4th weekend is required.

  Pay Rate: $34/hr.-$55/hr on W2
  
  Job requirements:
  
  --- RN
  
  --- BLS
  
  --- 1 yr ICU experience
  
  Job Duties:
  
  --- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' cardiac and neurological status, including vital signs, lab results, and neurological checks.
  
  --- Utilize advanced monitoring systems to assess cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic status, and neurological function.
  
  --- Observe for signs of deterioration in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
  
  --- Administer medications as prescribed, including anticoagulants, antiarrhythmics, and neuroprotective agents.
  
  --- Manage and monitor invasive devices such as central lines, arterial lines, and ventilators.
  
  --- Provide post-operative care for patients who have undergone cardiac surgery (e.g., coronary artery bypass grafting) or neurosurgical procedures (e.g., brain surgery, stroke interventions).
  
  --- Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, neurologists, cardiologists, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized care plans.
