Job Description Hourly Pay Range: $35.16 - $54.50 - The hourly
pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years
of experience, among other factors. Physical Therapist I -
Outpatient- Western Suburbs This application is an evergreen

Northwest suburb locations. Locations Available: We're hiring
Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapists across a variety of our
rehabilitation and hospital sites in the western suburbs,
including: Naperville Elmhurst Hinsdale Addison Woodridge
Plainfield Crest Hill Shifts Available: We offer flexibility to fit
your lifestyle and career goals: (Please note that all shifts may
not be available at every location). Full-time only Day shifts
Evening shifts Weekend coverage options If selected for an
interview, you'll be able to share your location and shift

minutes, with efforts made to keep patients with the same provider

have a great start to your career. We accomplish this by utilizing
our many specialized therapists who teach at local universities.
They provide mentorship within our residency and fellowship
programs. While our primary population of patients is orthopedic
physical therapy, we also offer Occupational and Speech services.
We offer specialties in hand, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health,
pediatrics, and lymphedema. What you will do : Provide evaluation,
treatment, and follow-up services to physician-referred patients
Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including
evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing What
you will need : License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a
Physical Therapist in the State of IL Education: Graduation from a
program in physical therapy approved by the Committee on Allied
Health Education and Accreditation of The Medical Association or
the American Physical Therapy Association or its educational
equivalent, or The Council on Medical Education of the American
Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association
Certification: CPR certification required Benefits (For full time
