plans Occurrence based malpractice insurance including tail
coverage Annual Salary: $325k - $380k REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training Graduate of an accredited medical school and US
residency program Current Illinois Physician medical license in
good standing Board Certified/Eligible, required UChicago Medicine
