Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Bloomington, IL Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,550 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Shift Length: 12 hours Weekends: Every other weekend Days: Sat/Sun Nights: Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun Primary Responsibilities Provide nursing care throughout the LDRP continuum: labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care. Perform and interpret electronic fetal monitoring using Obix with Phillips monitors. Manage labor patients including vaginal, induction, and cesarean deliveries. Deliver postpartum care and newborn couplet care following AWHONN staffing guidelines (1:1 labor, 1:3 couplet). Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, RT, OB techs, and interdisciplinary teams. Maintain proficiency with EPIC documentation for all patient encounters. Respond to obstetric emergencies using established clinical protocols. Support Level II nursery newborns, including CPAP troubleshooting with RT assistance. Float within the hospital to assist with task-based duties as needed. Requirements Required Experience & Skills Minimum Experience: 2 years L&D Must-Have: Strong L&D clinical competency Ability to work all areas of LDRP Nursery experience preferred Required Certifications BLS NRP ACLS
