Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Watertown, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,942 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years recent ER experience in a hospital setting License: Must have RN license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required; TNCC preferred Must-Have: - RN license - ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications Description: The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to Emergency Department patients. The nurse utilizes the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Critical thinking skills and scientific judgement are essential for anticipating and planning safe care delivery. The nurse maintains clinical competencies through continuing education. Delegation of patient care priorities must align with the education and experience of available staff. Direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care are required.
