Job Description:
Travel Nurse Across America (TNAA) is seeking a highly skilled
Telemetry Nurse to join our dynamic team, offering the opportunity
to work in various locations across the USA. As a pivotal member of
our healthcare team, you will monitor patients with heart disease,
as well as other acute diagnoses, by using advanced telemetry
equipment. This role suits a passionate professional looking to
make a significant impact in patient care while exploring different

and career advancement. Monitor patients using telemetry equipment
and observe and record heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen
levels. Analyze and interpret the data collected to implement the
nursing care plan effectively. Communicate effectively with
patients, family, and other healthcare professionals to assure
quality and continuity of care. Administer medications and perform
routine nursing care to support patient health and recovery.
Identify and promptly address any complications or emergencies,
following established protocols. Educate patients and their
families on managing their condition and post-treatment home care
needs. Document all patient interventions and communications in the
patient health electronic record system, maintaining
confidentiality and accuracy. Proficiency in using telemetry and
other medical equipment required for monitoring. Strong analytical
and decision-making skills. Compassionate patient care with
excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license valid in the U.S. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certification preferred.
