Epic Special Education Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. This position involves working under the direction of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide top-tier assistance in speech and language services within our partnered schools. The candidate will contribute towards planning and executing education plans while addressing the individual needs of students requiring speech-language therapy. Assist Speech Language Pathologists in the assessment and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Implement speech therapy plans and provide feedback on student progress. Utilize and maintain therapy equipment and materials. Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and compile reports as needed. Maintain accurate and confidential student records. Adhere to all school policies and procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in the use of assistive technology and therapy equipment Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Experience in handling sensitive information with confidentiality Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k State licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
