Job Description:
Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered
is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience,
among other factors. Position Highlights: Sign On Bonus: $15,000
for experienced NICU nurses with two years of experience.
Additionally, candidates must either be currently employed in a
NICU or have NICU experience within the past three years. Location:
Naperville, IL Full time - 36 hours/week Hours: Nights 7 PM - 7:30
AM rotating weekends and rotating holidays required Level III
neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) 35 bed unit with strong family
centered care and single room setup. Travel Required: Occasional
floating into Peds/PICU, SCN and Mother Baby What you will need:
Associate Degree or higher in Nursing If Associate Degree in
Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor?s
Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date
(effective September 1, 2021) At least 1 years of experience in
Level III/IV NICU setting Current State of Illinois Registered
Nurse licensure Current BLS through AHA Neonatal Resuscitation
Program Certification (NRP) within six months of start date into
