Clinical Psychiatrist Needed Directly in Chicago

Job Description:

Job Description Annashae is seeking a clinical Psychiatrist to provide services to a mental health facility located in the Chicago. Hours are Monday-Friday 8a-430 with no weekends, no call & no Holidays. Annual comp is 425K with malpractice insurance provided. Additional Duties include, but are not limited to: Documentation of reasons for medication changes. Monthly progress note on patients describing changes in mental status, behavior and psychoparmacotherapy -documentation each day as to updates and changes on assigned patients. Fitness Status (90 days) Progress during facility stay to justify transfer to less secure facility. Review of seclusion and restraints at least twice a month Provide relevant, thorough, and timely psychiatric evaluations within 24 hours of patient admission to the facility, 90-day report, fitness reports, NGRI reports before they come due.
