qualifications will not be considered. Join a dynamic Neonatal
Intensive Care Unit specializing in Level III high-acuity care for
infants ranging from 24 weeks gestation and older, including micro
preemies as early as 24 weeks and grower feeders up to 44 weeks.
This role offers the opportunity to care for babies requiring
respiratory support and surgical interventions in a supportive,
technology-driven environment utilizing Epic charting. Location:
Based in Naperville, IL, this position places you in a vibrant
community known for excellent schools, a variety of dining and
entertainment options, and a family-friendly atmosphere. The area
offers easy access to Chicagos amenities while maintaining a
suburban lifestyle. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert nursing
care for neonates in a Level III NICU setting Manage high-acuity
patients including surgical and respiratory support cases Utilize
Epic charting system for accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize
patient outcomes Maintain adherence to all clinical protocols and
safety standards Float to a nearby hospital campus as needed based
on census Qualifications and Experience: Active Illinois RN license
Minimum 2 years of NICU nursing experience in a Level III unit
Proficient with care of micro preemies (24 weeks and up) and
high-acuity neonates Current CPR and Neonatal Resuscitation Program
(NRP) certifications required Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00
PM to 7:00 AM Every other weekend commitment Additional Details:
