registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years NICU RN
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Provide specialized care in
a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) environment,
supporting infants as early as 24 weeks gestation through critical
developmental stages. This contract position offers the opportunity
to work 12-hour day shifts in a Level III NICU, focusing on the
care of micro preemies and medically complex newborns. Location

recreational activities. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive
nursing care to neonates ranging from 24 weeks gestation and older
Manage and monitor high-acuity patients, including micro preemies,
infants on respiratory support, and post-surgical cases Utilize
Epic electronic health records for accurate documentation and
communication Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
to optimize patient outcomes Provide support for family education
and involvement in the care process Float to an alternate campus as
needed based on census Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN)
licensed in Illinois Minimum 2 years experience in a Level III NICU
environment Current certifications in CPR and Neonatal
Resuscitation Program (NRP) Proficiency with high-acuity neonatal
care including grower/feeder protocols and respiratory management
Experience with Epic charting system preferred Schedule 12-hour day
shifts (7 AM 7 PM) Every other weekend availability required
Contract Details Start date within 2 weeks Contract assignment with
