Job Description LOOKING for a high-energy individual with a sales personality to join our team as a full-time customer service representative. We are a relationship based business where 70% of our business comes from repeat customers. If you like talking and developing relationship with great customers - we want to talk to you We are a fast-paced computer Graphics Company selling printing equipment and consumable supplies to the graphics industry. We work hard to answer the customer requests as quickly as possible so they keep coming back for more Our customer service department will act as the first point of contact providing product and pricing information. On a daily basis our reps will be processing online orders, provide ordering assistance over the phone and in-store, as well as resolve any emerging problems our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. We do have a showrroom where you will interact with our customers. Benefits --- Full Time starting salary $40-46k based on previous experience --- Work schedule is Monday-Friday 9-6 pm --- Health, Dental and Vision insurance available after 60 days --- 19 paid days off 1st year - Includes Holidays and PTO Our Ideal Candidate will be: Accurate & Detail Oriented - Must be able to type 40 wpm Master Solution Finder - Whether it---s finding out where a customer---s order is, or helping them pick out the correct materials, the ability to answer questions is 90% of this role. A desire to find the correct answer, is an expected trait as well. Team Player - The customer service department is most effective when all the members work together to get the job done. Some days you---re the quarterback, and other days you may need to be the running back. No task is beneath any employee and everyone takes the initiative to help each other out to ensure complete customer satis Ready to Learn - You will need to learn about all our products in addition to our CRM software and e-commerce platforms. We provide the training on all procedures and processes. Responsibilities: Process customer orders via phone, email, in-person, and e-commerce websites. Track and communicate all stages of a customer---s order efficiently (e.g. tracking, POs, backorders, RMAs, shipping claims) Work with new and repeat customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and up-sell when possible. Manage vendor accounts via purchase orders and inventory management. Work closely with accounting when learning to generate invoices from orders and trouble-shoot invoicing changes or errors. Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge. Training and learning opportunities will be provided regularly. Cross-train in both opening and closing procedures, as well as vendor purchasing. Provide additional support handling special projects and performing general office duties associated with the position. We will provide training for right candidate to become a successful customer service representative. Qualifications: Previous sales experience and/or customer service oriented roles. Proficiency in typing and data entry, using a computer, Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of customer service or inside sales experience. Strong, concise verbal and written communication skills. Math and basic accounting skills used daily in processing orders and managing inventory. Ability to simultaneously multi-task and problem solve accurately in a fast-paced environment. Time and priority management skills are a must. Previous experience with cash and credit card transactions. 2 years or more of college experience preferred. Bonus if you have experience with any of the following: Bilingual in Spanish Worked in the graphics and sign-making industry Worked with internet payment capturing and admin dashboards for e-commerce websites Are proficient with any of the following software: Adobe products, Corel, Filemaker, Quickbooks or BigCommerce Company Description The Sign Outlet Store has been in the graphics industry since 1991 and continues to grow.
