Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative
to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by
providing product and service information and resolving any issues.
Key Areas of Responsibility: Account Management for retail products
Handle retail customer inquiries via phone, email, and website
Answer phone and direct calls appropriately Receive and process
orders for retail sales Handle private label inquiries Resolve
customer account issues and review order changes or issues Process
bulk order paperwork for wholesale and private label orders Amazon
Seller Central management --- product listing, order processing,
reviews Daily/Weekly Amazon shipments and reports Inventory
management and tracking Website order reconciliation Month end
order reconciliation Payment processing and receivables General
administrative duties Skills and Attributes: Strong sense of
customer service Good organizational skills Ability to multitask
Pleasant team-oriented personality Professional phone and email
etiquette Ability to self-start and work collaboratively on a team
Timely responses and proactive follow up Experience Requirement:
Minimum 2 years of sales/order management experience Amazon Seller
Central experience Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including
